Shipping Information

At Bang In Forge, we aim to offer you the most secure and reliable shipping options for our handcrafted masterpieces.

1. Can Bang In Forge ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world except the following ones, due to international shipping restrictions on forged blades. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to expand our reach:

• Philippines

• Indonesia

• Cuba

• Iran

• Sudan

• Syria

Important: Please check your local laws regarding the import of Damascus steel blades before placing an order.

2. Customs Duties & Taxes

Note: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are determined by your local customs office.

3. How much does shipping cost?

• For items under $150, a flat shipping fee of $18 will be applied.

• Note: Shipping costs are not included in the item price and will be calculated at checkout.

• PS. We may have free shipping site-wide promotions during specific sale seasons. Stay tuned!

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (Does not include customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

•  Blades & Swords: As each piece is meticulously hand-forged, please allow approximately 6 months for       production and quality inspection before shipping.

• Processing Time: 2-5 business days (Includes final quality inspection and hand-polishing).

• Standard Shipping Time: 10-20 business days.

• Note: For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than 1 month due to complex transport and customs issues.
  
  

5. How may I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding tracking information. You can track your order at: https://banginforge.com/pages/order-tracking.

PS. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available in the system.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t receive your package within 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at: support@banginforge.com. We will conduct an investigation with the courier and either reship a new piece or provide a full refund.

Pricing and Currency

Item prices may vary depending on the country and region the order is being shipped to, as well as the currency being used for payment. All final totals, including shipping fees, will be displayed at checkout.

Payment Method

Please note: only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction. You must comply with the terms of all agreements between you and any third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge all amounts to the payment method details you provide to us. You represent and warrant that each credit card or other payment method you use belongs to you and that you have the right to use it.

Pay With Credit/Debit Card

When you pay with a credit or debit card, you need the name printed on the card, the card number, the expiration month and year, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code (CVV). This information, along with the billing address for the card, must be entered during the purchase process.

Security & Privacy

To ensure your data is protected, we use SSL encryption for all transactions. Bang In Forge does not save your credit/debit card number or personal financial information entered into the payment fields. For questions regarding your transactions, please consult the bank that issued your card.

Returns and Refund Policy

At Bang In Forge, every piece of Damascus steel is a testament to fire, steel, and craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and repair policy:

7-Day Return Policy

Timeframe: You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for any reason. (Note: For customers in the EU/UK, a 14-day cooling-off period applies in accordance with local consumer laws.)

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition (including the original protective oil coating on the blade) and original packaging.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service.

Restocking Fee: For any non-quality-related returns accepted beyond the initial 7-day period, a 25% custom-handling and restocking fee will apply, and the customer must cover all two-way shipping costs.

The One-of-a-Kind / Antique Collection

Each piece in our One-of-a-Kind / Antique Collection is a soul forged in fire that cannot be replicated. Time and the forge have shaped its unique character — our role is to preserve the spirit, not to mass-produce perfection. We encourage thoughtful selection; our masters will gladly provide detailed photos or videos before your purchase to ensure the piece speaks to you. Thank you for honoring the spirit of things that exist only once.

30-Day Warranty (Craftsmanship Guarantee)

We stand behind the integrity of our steel.

Quality Issues: If your item develops a structural quality issue (e.g., blade delamination or handle failure) within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a free repair or replacement.

Costs: Bang In Forge will cover the repair and reshipment costs for verified craftsmanship-related issues.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

Acidic corrosion or unauthorized disassembly.

accidental damage.

After 30 Days - Lifetime Maintenance

For issues beyond 30 days, we do not provide refunds. However, we offer Lifetime Maintenance Services to ensure your collection remains in peak condition:

Complimentary Maintenance: We provide 2 maintenance sessions per year where the labor and service remain free of charge.

Shipping Costs: For maintenance requests, the customer is only responsible for the shipping costs to our facility. Bang In Forge will cover the return shipping costs back to you

How to Initiate a Return or Repair

Please contact us at support@banginforge.com with your order number and clear, high-resolution photos or videos of the item.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions.

Compliance: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return declaration complies with local export laws.

Important: Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Due to the nature of forged blades, unauthorized shipments may be seized or rejected by customs.
