Returns and Refund Policy

At Bang In Forge, every piece of Damascus steel is a testament to fire, steel, and craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and repair policy:

 

7-Day Return Policy

Timeframe: You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for any reason. (Note: For customers in the EU/UK, a 14-day cooling-off period applies in accordance with local consumer laws.)

 

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition (including the original protective oil coating on the blade) and original packaging.

 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping service.

 

Restocking Fee: For any non-quality-related returns accepted beyond the initial 7-day period, a 25% custom-handling and restocking fee will apply, and the customer must cover all two-way shipping costs.

 

The One-of-a-Kind / Antique Collection

Each piece in our One-of-a-Kind / Antique Collection is a soul forged in fire that cannot be replicated. Time and the forge have shaped its unique character — our role is to preserve the spirit, not to mass-produce perfection. We encourage thoughtful selection; our masters will gladly provide detailed photos or videos before your purchase to ensure the piece speaks to you. Thank you for honoring the spirit of things that exist only once.

 

30-Day Warranty (Craftsmanship Guarantee)

We stand behind the integrity of our steel.

 

Quality Issues: If your item develops a structural quality issue (e.g., blade delamination or handle failure) within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a free repair or replacement.

 

Costs: Bang In Forge will cover the repair and reshipment costs for verified craftsmanship-related issues.

 

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

 

Acidic corrosion or unauthorized disassembly.

 

accidental damage.

 

After 30 Days - Lifetime Maintenance

For issues beyond 30 days, we do not provide refunds. However, we offer Lifetime Maintenance Services to ensure your collection remains in peak condition:

 

Complimentary Maintenance: We provide 2 maintenance sessions per year where the labor and service remain free of charge.

 

Shipping Costs: For maintenance requests, the customer is only responsible for the shipping costs to our facility. Bang In Forge will cover the return shipping costs back to you

 

How to Initiate a Return or Repair

Please contact us at support@banginforge.com with your order number and clear, high-resolution photos or videos of the item.

 

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions.

 

Compliance: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return declaration complies with local export laws.

 

Important: Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Due to the nature of forged blades, unauthorized shipments may be seized or rejected by customs.
